Prescott Brewing Company is a full-service restaurant and microbrewery located in historic downtown Prescott. It was opened March 15, 1994 by John and Roxane Nielsen and is still locally-owned and operated by the Nielsens. PBC was the first licensed brewery to open in Yavapai County since Prohibition days. At Prescott Brewing Company we take pride in providing our guests with the freshest quality beer available anywhere.
With an in-house distribution line of less than 60’ – it just doesn’t get any fresher!
We've taken the "made from scratch" philosophy from the brewery to the kitchen and have designed our menu at PBC to include as many "made from scratch" options as possible. PBC is dedicated to developing our own original recipes that translate into an eclectic menu that can only be found at Prescott's Hometown Brewery.
Because of the growth of distribution of canned beers, PBC christened its new 30-barrel production plant with the first batch of Liquid Amber Ale on 12/27/12.
Located at 6396 Lear Lane, Prescott out near the Prescott Airport, the plant is producing all of the distribution requirements for PBC.
Beer served at the pub will continue to be brewed on-site as it has been for the last 18 years.
