Prescott Brewing Company is a full-service restaurant and microbrewery located in historic downtown Prescott. It was opened March 15, 1994 by John and Roxane Nielsen and is still locally-owned and operated by the Nielsens. PBC was the first licensed brewery to open in Yavapai County since Prohibition days. At Prescott Brewing Company we take pride in providing our guests with the freshest quality beer available anywhere. All of our beers are handcrafted, using the finest Wisconsin malted barley, Pacific-Northwestern & European hops, the purest yeast strains, and pure water in creation of these fine brews.
With an in-house distribution line of less than 60’ – it just doesn’t get any fresher!
